What are catabolic foods and do they work?
Catabolic foods are those that burn more calories than they provide for body use.
Several years ago Victor H. Lindlahr wrote a book, “Eat and Reduce” in whitch he showed how to attain proper weight while still eating three square meals a day. One can eat as much as three pounds of food a day and still lose weight. In fact Lindlahr said “the more you eat, the more you lose”. The secret is to eat catalobic foods.
